This is one of the most notorious and worst cases of torture murder ever recorded in history. It is also one of the most horrifying and heartbreaking.
Exactly twenty one years ago, a sixteen year-old girl was going through the most unimaginable pain, waiting for the endless suffering she was going through to end. For 44 days, nobody helped her.
Her killers are now free men. Justice has never been served, not even after 20 years.

According to their statements at their trial, the four of them raped her, beat her, introduced foreign objects including an iron rod into her vagina, made her drink her own urine and was fed cockroaches, inserted fireworks into her anus, and set them off, forced Furuta to masturbate, cut her nipple with pliers, dropped dumbbells onto her stomach, and burned her with cigarettes and lighters. (One of the burnings was punishment for attempting to call the police.) At one point her injuries were so severe that according to one of the boys it took more than an hour for her to crawl downstairs to use the bathroom. They also related that "possibly a hundred different people" knew that Furuta had been imprisoned there, but it is not clear if this means they visited the house at different times while she was imprisoned there, or themselves either raped or abused her. When the boys refused to let her leave, she begged them on several occasions to "kill (her) and get it over with".
On January 4, 1989, using one of the boys' loss at mah-jongg as a pretext, the four beat her with an iron barbell, poured lighter fluid on her legs, arms, face and stomach, and set her on fire. She died later that day of shock. The four boys claimed that they were not aware of how badly injured she was, and that they believed she had been malingering.
The killers hid her corpse in an 55-gallon drum filled with cement; the perpetrators disposed the drum in a tract of reclaimed land in Koto, Tokyo.
Arrest and punishment
The boys were arrested and tried as adults; but, because of Japanese handling of crimes committed by juveniles, their identities were sealed by the court. However, a weekly magazine Shukan Bunshun reported their real names, claiming "Human rights aren't needed for brutes."[2] Furuta's real name and details about her personal life were reported exhaustively in the media. Kamisaku was judged as a sub leader, at least according to the official trial.
The four boys pled guilty to a reduced charge of "committing bodily injury that resulted in death", rather than murder. Boy A's parents sold their house for approximately 50 million yen and paid this as compensation to Furuta's family.[citation needed]
For his participation in the crime, Kamisaku served eight years in a juvenile prison before he was released, in August 1999. In July 2004, he was arrested for assaulting an acquaintance, whom he believed to be luring a girlfriend away from him, and allegedly bragged about his earlier infamy. [1] Kamisaku was sentenced to seven years in prison for the beating.
Junko's parents were dismayed by the sentences received by their daughter's killers, and enjoined a civil suit against the parents of the boy in whose home the crimes were committed. When some of the convictions were overturned on the basis of problematic physical evidence (the semen and pubic hair recovered from the body did not match those of the boys who were arrested), the lawyer handling the civil suit decided there was no case to be made and refused to represent them further. Bread Pudding.
when its some1's bday and u wanna show yr appreciation and u wanna bake a cake , how long do u take ? 1 hour ? 2 hours ? ( i meant to fully bake d cake ) well scrolling through some recipes online ( u know me , nth to do what xD ) so i found this site showing ways to bake a bread pudding , curious to try it , which i did , it didnt turn out bad even for a 1st timer :D

anyways a shorter version is , cut about 6 slices of bread , cut it into smaller squares or so , lay half d bread on a baking tray, den sprinkle some raisins on top of it , in a seperate bowl , whisk 2 eggs , a teaspoon of vanilla extract , 2-3 table spoon of sugars , 200-300 ml of milk. den pour it on top of the bread n cover it with the rest , let d bread soak for a while den bake it under 200'C for 20 mins or when it turns brown :D
so so so simple can be done within 25-30 mins ! :D

Rain
well a short topic for a blog though, its raining now at kepong. Heavy dark clouds drumming with thunder fills the skies since a couple hours ago..was nicely in slumber till mom started shouting at the maid and woke me up. Imagine the sound of the thunder couldnt wake me up but my mom could lol ! Now lying on my bed listening to the sweet downpour of the rain and updating the 3rd entry of blog today haha and using my phone to do that xD any1 here plays freesky? Playing it at garena is a total waste of time ! The admins there are only looking to scam your money without providing a good place to play at zzz well cant say much bout it, its garena thats why lol ! Blogger to be probed over alleged insult to late Sultan
BANGI: The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM) will investigate a blogger for allegedly insulting the late Sultan of Johor, Information Communication and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim said.
He said that the Attorney-General would be asked to follow-up the preliminary investigation by SKMM as it was a serious matter.
“This is just one of the many developments in the country. It is something which we don’t want to dwell on.
“We need more people who are appreciative of those who have contributed. It is very seldom to find Asians lambasting a former head of state, especially the late Sultan of Johor who was the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong,” he told pressmen after opening a seminar on the contributions of Hamka at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) here Monday.
The minister said he hoped that the people would not continue with such uncivilised culture that was against Malaysia’s lifestyle, laws and the 1Malaysia concept.
“We have a lot of things to do. Nothing can be gained from running down someone who just died. We can learn from the dark history of Rome. Please use the intelligence given to build up Malaysia.”
He added the ministry would allocate about RM100,000 to aid UKM students researching the contributions of famous Indonesian cleric Hamka.
He described the late Islamic scholar as someone unique who had contributed to unity between Malaysia and Indonesia.
“I had a close relationship when he was still alive. He made Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia a language of communication and knowledge,” he said.

Update on facebook user faced trial !
chatting with my friend just now , whom he asked me regarding the incident of the churches dmged by some people , we chatted bout it awhile and then we turned our attention to the dude who got arrested for making claims that he would dmg more churches, so he gave me a linked showing the SCREENSHOT of the original chat at facebook which i went to c out of curiosity , so i while i was reading , i understand why his such a treat to the nation and his arrest is imminent ! so anyways , i bet he haven heard of the phrase , curiosity killed the cat ? :D XD

Facebook user faces trial !
recently malaysians were shocked by the news of several churches dmged reg the issue of non muslims to use d word ‘Allah’ for educational purpose , and latest news , another malay facebook user got charged after stating that he would throw a petrol bomb to the churches.

My Valentine’s Day
if i could spend my valentine day with jessica alba it would be the best day of the fan’s life for jessica :D Most important is that celebrities will nt go for people who are crazily their fans so i will nt act nor talk like 1 , they prefer to be treated equally alike like everyone else without being worshipped.. Thinking of where to go , compared with her standards it would be almost impossible for me to please her with shopping or taking her to a fancy dinning area for valentine , so i will buy what i need and ask her over and cook for her a candlelight dinner. Of coz i need to get to know her better to know what she will like and dislike so i will only cook what she likes. Celebs like to talk about stuffs which i am good at so while eating our favourite foods , sipping some fine red wine , listening to some awesome tracks , dimmed light and a candle in between us , we will share our life’s stories, catching up with each other and also learning to tolerate each other’s weaknesses, with the end of the day , a nice suitable from the heart present for valentine will be presented probably with some flowers , a teddy bear and also a chocolate.. prolly standard but girls do like them ^^

Astro B’yond Blogger Night @ Modesto
yesterday was a wednesday and i was feeling kinda bored thinking what i should be doing , den my friend reminded me that there was an event going on at Modesto sri hartamas about the Astro Beyond preview for bloggers , so i told him yea i would be going for it , but then i had another problem , i didnt know any1 there except my that friend. So i called 1 of my friend to follow me along for it, though he couldnt enter coz oni got 1 invite he patiently waited for me across the street at kfc :D
Started at 8.30pm , bloggers from all over the places came and gathered to view the latest High Definition video broadcast by Astro which is called Astro Beyond and according to them , HD is merely the 1st step and many more to come. The place was very much crowded with about 100+ bloggers. it was the only time in my life where i c so many camera flashes taking pictures of the event haha ! XD
I reached there around 9 ( what to do ? im always late for some reason lols ! ) reaching at the footstep of the rain entrance , i saw the tv crew starting to advertise about astro and what was it about. without waiting i signed in and took my freebies and also my sticker name tag. Once in i was like WOW nice event , everything was dark exactly like a club but of coz it was way better :D every1 there was so welcoming even though we dont know each other but hei , i guess thats how bloggers in malaysia are =D uniting without even knowing each other haha !
Went in , i saw the winner of the astro gaming contest and though i dont know his name , i would like to congratulate him for winning and hope i myself could one day win like him ^^ left there about 10 mins later coz my friend was waiting and took some pictures at the place. Let the Infection , BEGIN :D
well today i spread cybergate server to another 3 more people XD lols !
good news is that i found a binder along with stubs to make it FUD for RUNTIME FINALLY !! but so far only avira can detect that bloody virus ! :D so hopefully soon a new stub to fix the avira detection lolx ! i checked it out edi my friend who is using avg he could nt detect the virus w0ot :P tmr im gonna try with my friend who is using the latest norton 2010 ! :D lets c whether that detects it or not , if that doesnt im gonna laugh hard ^^ well wish me luck for tmr haha !

PI to Cybergate
well yesterday poison ivy didnt work out as planned =.= crap.. lols ! anyways resorted to a diff RAT which is now called Cybergate. default port is 82. Same concept as PI , u open port 82 for connection , set up No-ip dns server, and then set up cybergate server , relink no-ip to cybergate and then check settings , and create server.exe. once its done u set up yr client to listen from port 82 ( since its d open port ) and then u send d files to yr friends.
ps : rat stands for
Remote Access Tool / Remote Access Trojan.
great now i need to change my binder and my crypter =.= stupid binder keeps getting error once run =.= binder.exe has stop working.. idiotic binder lols ! crypter’s abit tricky.. oh well let d hunting begin =D

wow i think yesterday should be as bad as may 13. only this time is not the chinese vs d indians but its d muslims vs christians..total of 4 churches dmged , 1 pastor manheld , another was warned n given a holy bible for the muslims. gosh are the malays of malaysia taking their rights of bumi that likely? do they think just coz they're bumi they can do anything? its freaking horrible recently of what they're doing. if the goverment isnt going to take any stern action, i afraid malaysia will tear apart soon. some of the community truly believe in the spirit of 1 malaysia. i myself , a mix race blood of chinese and indian and i do believe in the teaching of the christian. so, why do the malays feel intimidated and do stupid things? u dont see the indians bringing up such a big matter of when muslim steps on the cow's head? u dont see much done by the christians when the muslim uses d word Jesus Christ? lets see what will the goverment do later in the papers =(

PI trouble
darn ! when i thought everything was planned out the stupid PI refuse connection on my server SWT !! argh some1 who knows how to operate PI properly pls help me ! T.T im getting 1 of the HF members to help me out, well i hope he has some ideas on why its nt working properly..lets c a few check list
1 ) open port
2) test port to check whether its really open or not
3) set up PI server
4) set up PI client…n SPREAD
hmm..still nt working ARGH !! anyways just paid like 15 bucks for HF l33t member , waiting for confirmation.. hope my day dont just go down d drain.. haih ! :(

another fun day !
wow today its really fun , but this post might get some people to be pissed off though haha !! :D
anyways this is what happened. 1st thing which is good that happened today is that i managed to hack my friend’s msn lols kinda happy , changed his facebook pass , his maple pass kinda caused abit of havoc ( will continue it tmr ) and the 2nd best part is
i learned a new way to hack ppl , its call poison ivy , also known as RAT ( remote access tool ) anyways this is a backdoor trojan which runs on file and now i know why its so easy for people to get infected by it.. its freaking easy to make it !! i takes me less den 10 secs to hack the person i want , providing he or she does not have a hack background haha and i must be chatting with that person..few simple steps to get what u wan done right.
1st. set up ivy
2nd. get a dns server from no-ip and set yr ivy as listening server
3rd. create yr infected file ( a transmitter )
4th. crypt the file with crypter for FUD
5th. bind d file u wan, and get ppl to run it.
good part : UNDETECTED by ANY anti virus. :D

Schooling again :D
well finally 6 weeks of holidays are over for those who r going back to school later on d day , i bid farewell to your holidays and welcome the schooling days ( especially when i can sleep slightly longer when my bro is gone haha ! ) anyways its been quite a weird day yesterday, 1st of this feller kinda pissed me off on msn , but he will soon realise his msn will be kinda , let us put it in a simple manner, GONE by later evening :D
lols ! keep the cruelty to myself n lets move on, well i wish ashwin will enjoy his 1st day at kdu as their new A levels student, kinda pity him coz he has to take d bus coz no1 can fetch him LOL ! XD and i wonder i could make it to teng hoong’s house to help him with his pc or not i wonder.. gosh im feeling freaking lazy and i hope got transport and i hope i can find the missing WILL to go his place to help him.. bad to worst , on teamviewer , remote support lolx ! :P
oh well its 3.40AM now and im still nt asleep. gosh im gonna have insomnia soon lols ! :D NITE PPL !!

2nd day of new year
well for new year , i went to my cousin’s house at bangsar celebrated his 21st advance bday it was kinda fun since i got to meet my other cousins who were there =D
we ate n chat n played n went wild as usual haha omg i miss them so much cant wait for chinese new year which is about a month or so.. weeee !! :D found another buy for garena today so its nt that bad , kinda need to help my mom to scan 7 pages of her work n then EDIT them.. i wonder how prolly ill scan into a pdf n use a pdf editor i suppose.. hope it goes well on that haha ! oh yea need to help mom to download gem of life chinese drama too.. any1 who has that particular show help me so i dont need to dl so long LOL XD
