Salmon or Snowfish ?

haih cant seem to make up my mind on what to cook for my friend dinesh for dinner =(

anyways its either salmon or snowfish , i personally like snowfish because its soft but not mushy and also very easy to chew but the problem im afraid is that i dont reli know whether its cook or not after all @@ and also the white skin looks easy to be burnt !! lol xD

and if its salmon , not exactly my MOST favourite ( im fine with it btw ) high in omega 3 and also VERY easy to cook xD just pour some salt n pepper on d top n btm of the fish , den heat up the pan with some olive oil, on low fire wait for it to smoke abit , den put the salmon inside. for about 1 inch of thickness of salmon ( measure sideways up at d thickest point ) it will take about 7-10 mins to cook, another good way to tell its about to cook is the difference of the colour , u will c 2 colours when cooking from d side. so its easy to tell haha :D :D

so anyways after college ill be stopping by at jusco or something to get those salmons / snowfish.. hopefully i could make up my mind then =S
